Even C-SPAN Joined the Press Pool’s White House Boycott

President Donald Trump banning CNN, MS NOW, and Politico sparked a boycott from numerous other members of the White House Press Corps — including nonprofit C-SPAN.

C-SPAN, a nonprofit network created by the cable industry in 1979, is not funded by taxpayer dollars.

In answer to the Grassley questions as to whether he had ever spoken with John Brennen.

Smith answered this: "I've never met John Brannen".

Clearly, preparation to the upcoming Brennen testimony later this month. Smith might as well have waved a red flag on this answer.

Grassley asked Smith again if he had spoken with John Brennen.

Smith responded "I have no recollection of having a conversation with John Brennen." Smith
