I’m going to take a view of the never Trumpers and leftist hate mob: The closeness of the Kansas race is Trump’s fault.
If not for Trump selecting Sam Brownback to serve as an ambassador in his administration, Dr. Colyer would not ha e had the incumbent Governor status. Colyer did recommend Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. Under Brownback’s Governorship, Colyer was part of a KS office that had massive tax cuts until the RINOs took co tell and axed them.
Kobach is the stronger, preferred Governor. Colyer has received tremendous name recognition since becoming Governor at the end of 2017.
Remember that Ted Cruz received 48% of the 2016 caucus. So this is a huge favorable endorsement of Trump. Kobach probably gets 60-70% if not for Coluer’s incumbent status.
We have to keep fighting.
