It just hit another generational low last month, down another 5,000 Federal employees from the month prior.

And yet almost every single "Libertarian" and "Limited Government Conservative" has been completely silent about the fact that the Federal workforce is at its smallest Show more

Spencer Pratt on X: "Guys, I hate to break it to you, but most political advisors are so bafflingly incompetent, it would make your head spin. All the talented communicators go work in Hollywood or at Saatchi and Saatchi, and these political bros never tap these agencies for help…I've connected several campaigns with literally the best marketing geniuses in the game, got them discounted rates, even…and they just never even bothered calling. It truly feels like a lot of consultants and candidates just want to lose. You ever wonder how my ads went so massively viral, but there's not been a single candidate who's come close to it? It's their dumbass advisors. I didn't go with any political advisors, and they were SO mad about it. I partnered with a filmmaker and marketing wizard, instead of political grifters. Why? Because I wanted our messaging to be effective. Political ads suck. Nobody watches them. I wanted people to want to watch my ads. The fact that nobody else understands this is…I honestly don't know how to explain it, other than they want to lose. There are a bunch of candidates who love it when their party loses power. It takes all the heat off them, because then they can't be expected to pass legislation when they're in the minority, plus they can fundraise way better off of the rage when the opposition is running roughshod over the country. Baffling to watch."

I often think the right wants to lose so they can point the finger at the left and raise more money

If you’re an actual ideologue it’s deeply frustrating

Truth! The only thing these campaigns are good for is begging for more and more and more and more money. It’s one big scam.

EXCLUSIVE: Pete Hegseth and Family Targeted With Chilling Death Threats — as FBI Says Suspect Posted Photos of Defense Chief's Children

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and his family were allegedly targeted with chilling death threats by a man who also posted photographs of the Pentagon chief and his children, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, federal prosecutors have charged Jonathan Mark Susor with interstate threatening communications after an FBI investigation into a disturbing message allegedly directed at Hegseth.

The criminal complaint, filed September 25 in the Northern District of Georgia, details an alleged July 28 post from the X account @JonathanSusor that investigators claim contained a threat against Hegseth's entire family.

The message allegedly demanded Hegseth personally attack a Chabad synagogue, warning that otherwise his "entire family" would be killed.

But according to the FBI affidavit, the July message wasn't the only horrifying material investigators discovered. Federal authorities alleged the same X account had previously posted "additional threats of harm or death" against Hegseth's family.

Investigators said those posts included photographs of Hegseth and his children.

Hegseth was in Washington, D.C., when the July 28 message was posted, according to the affidavit.

The case was investigated by an FBI task force officer assigned to the agency's Domestic Terrorism squad in its Atlanta Field Division. The officer said his responsibilities include investigating targeted violence involving the government, critical infrastructure, and religious groups.

Investigators claim they didn't have to rely solely on the social media trail.

GOP Senator Gets a Scolding After Telling Jack Smith ‘You Make Me Want to Throw Up In My Mouth’

Alex Griffing

Sep 29th, 2026, 11:09 am

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) tussled with former Special Counsel Jack Smithduring a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, accusing the top Trump target of making him want to “throw up.”

Kennedy asked during his questioning, “You sought the phone records of a bunch of U.S. Senators, right?”

Smith replied, “We sought the toll records, non-content records.”

Kennedy shot back, “Any Democrats or just Republicans?”

Smith replied, “If President Trump had reached out to Democrats to further his—”

Kennedy cut in, “Yeah, but I’m just trying to get the facts. Were there any Democrats whose phone records you sought? Just Republicans, right?”

Smith replied, “The toll, the toll records that we saw were relevant to the investigation. And they were Republicans.”

Kennedy hit back, “I’m asking. You’ve stalled me again, counselor, you know that. You saw just the records of the Republicans. And you knew that violated the Speech and Debate Clause. Didn’t you?”

Smith hit back, “That is incorrect. We sought to comply with that—”

Kennedy asked, “Did you take Con-Law?”

Smith asked for clarification, “I’m sorry, Senator.”

Kennedy quipped, “Were you in the quad playing Frisbee during Con Law at Harvard Law School?”

Smith answered, “I did take constitutional law.”

Kennedy continued, “Well, then you had to know it violated the Speech and Debate Clause. In fact, when you went to Judge Boasberg, you didn’t even tell him you were seeking the phone records of members of Congress, did you? Because you knew he wouldn’t agree. He would say, ‘Hey, counselor, anybody who knows a law book from a J.Crew catalog knows that this violates the Constitution.’ But you didn’t tell him, did you?”

Smith replied, “We sought non-disclosure orders from—”

Kennedy insisted, “You didn’t tell him, did you?”

Smith replied, “In seeking non-disclosure orders, we did not disclose.”

Kennedy then jabbed Smith, “You didn’t tell him, but you’re unbiased, you have no personal feelings. You make me want to throw up in my mouth.”

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) then jumped in and scolded Kennedy, “Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman. I’d like to say a word. This hearing is of constitutional and historic importance. This witness should be allowed to answer the questions, to complete a sentence. We have given that courtesy to witnesses from both political parties, and it should be extended to Mr. Smith.”

Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) added, “Your time is up, Senator. Thank you.”

Kennedy defended himself, “I’d also like, with respect, Dick, for the chairman to instruct the witness. He’s not Bambi’s baby brother, okay? He’s been around. Everybody knows him. And he was famous, or infamous even, before he was hired to prosecute President Trump. And I’d like you to instruct him not to filibuster us.”
