False, and you don't have to ID to enter a public area of a federal building. To require such is unconstitutional. Unless you have reasonable articulable suspicion I personally am involved in a crime based on objective observations, known facts and the totality of circumstances… you can't force me to ID.

Federal building entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums are open to the public and can be recorded by the public, without having to provide ID in violation of their 4th amendment rights.

You can't require my ID to exersize my right to vote. You are openly conspiring against the rights of millions of Americans, and I don't care what the court that regularly violates the constitution and rights of Americans (like granting themselves immunity in violation of the 7th) has to say about it. They're lawless and due for a fall as are the rest of those conspiring against or violating the rights of the people.
