The drafters of the Constitution felt strongly that natural rights ought not to be enumerated, lest the list become a constraint, excluding natural rights which were not enumerated (like bodily autonomy in the medical sense).

The Constitution does enumerate the powers delegated by We the People to the national government. Some colonies insisted that at least SOME natural rights be protected in the COnstitution, else they refused to ratify it. That is how the Bill of Rights (1st 10 Amendments) came to be.
How does any of the above delegate to a political party (none of which existed at the time the Constitution was ratified) the "right" to hold the POTUS office and wield executive power?
