John Fetterman Turns to Republican-Linked Firm in Bid to Secure Extra Campaign Cash: Report

Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) reportedlyenlisted a Republican-aligned fundraising firm to help build a new pool of conservative donors, with participating right-wing groups offering as much as 75% of an initial donation generated through his appeals.

The arrangement was detailed on Wednesday by The Atlantic, which obtained private messages showing Blitz Digital Group pitching Fetterman fundraising copy to conservative political organizations.

“I thought you would be interested in this high performing Fetterman copy,” Blitz account associate Leah Mergener wrote in one message obtained by the magazine. “It has been doing crazy numbers for us.”

The appeal, signed by the Democratic senator, was reportedly tailored toward voters sympathetic to President Donald Trump and carried the subject line: “I’m always going to reject Socialism and the anti-American way of life.”

The Atlantic further noted that donations “flowed through a payment-processing firm,Anedot, that is used by Republicans.”

Blitz offered conservative organizations that circulated the solicitation what it called a “75% split” which one Republican consultant told The Atlantic related specifically to a donor’s first contribution as a commission, while Fetterman’s campaign would acquire the donor’s contact information for future fundraising. Neither Blitz nor Fetterman’s campaign responded to the magazine’s requests for comment.

The Atlantic identified Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) as one MAGA Republican lawmaker who circulated Fetterman’s appeal while using it to promote the prospect of the Democrat changing parties.

“I just got an email from John. He’s basically a Republican now,” Lee wrote in a solicitation obtained by The Atlantic. “I need your help to draft him.”

The fundraising shift follows months of scrutiny of Fetterman and his proximity to Republicans. The Atlantic noted Fetterman’s relationship withDemocratic digital fundraising firm MissionWired ended in June, and he later formed a joint fundraising committee with Senator Dave McCormick (R-PA). In September, he also delivered a recorded address at Trump’s midterm convention in Dallas focused on rejecting socialism.

Fetterman, meanwhile,repeatedly rejected suggestions that he plans to formally join the GOP, despite increasingly strained relations with the most progressive wing of his party over Israel and the Iran war.

Senate Democrats blocked a House-passed congressional stock trading ban that had a voter ID requirement attached to it on Wednesday.

The “Stop Insider Trading Act,” which needed 60 votes to advance, failed in a 53-47 vote.

Every single Democrats voted to block the bill.

The bill would block members of Congress, their spouses and children from purchasing new stocks.

Senate Democrats on Wednesday blocked a bill sponsored by vulnerable GOP incumbent Pete Ricketts (Neb.)to restrict members of Congress from buying new stocks of publicly traded companies, arguing the legislation didn’t go far enough to crack down on possible corruption.

The Stop Insider Trading Act failed by a vote of 53-47.No Democrat voted in support of the measure.

It needed 60 votes to advance on the Senate floor.

Schumer called the voter ID bill a “poison pill” on Tuesday after Senate

Majority Leader Thune announced the vote.

The Federal Reserve’s internal watchdog said the central bank mismanaged the renovation but found no criminal wrongdoing in the $2.5 billion boondoggle.

Federal investigators in January opened a criminal investigation into Fed Chairman Jerome Powell.

Powell was under fire for the cost of renovating the Fed’s DC headquarters. The cost ballooned from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion.

“Powell has asked the central bank’s inspector general to conduct an additional review of the ongoing renovation, CNN previously reported. Last month, some Senate lawmakers grilled Powell over what they depicted as lavish upgrades to its DC headquarters at Powell’s semiannual monetary policy hearing,’ CNN previously reported.

“The Fed’s renovation project was approved by its board in 2017 and originally cost $1.9 billion in 2019. Construction began in 2021, but the cost swelled to $2.5 billion because of “unforeseen conditions” requiring more spending to rectify, such as “more asbestos than anticipated, toxic contamination in soil, and a higher-than-expected water table,” according to the Fed’s website,” CNN reported.

The Fed watchdog determined no criminality in the central bank’s renovation.

The Federal Reserve’s independent watchdog said Wednesday it found no reasonable grounds to believe there was a violation of federal law in a multibillion-dollar renovation project that drew criticism from President Donald Trump and short-lived scrutiny from federal prosecutors.

But the central bank’s board “had not effectively executed” a contract and its cost-management provisions, according to a 120-page report from the Office of the Inspector General for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Even after four years of construction and over $2 billion in awarded construction costs,the Fed board had “not established a guaranteed maximum price” for the project, and had set up “insufficient” internal project governance to manage a project of such “magnitude and complexity,” the watchdog said.

Still, the report “did not identify administrative misconduct” nor any “reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of federal criminal law had occurred.”

Last July, Jerome Powell was criminally referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.

Earlier this year, Judge Boasberg, an Obama appointee, quashed the Justice Department’s subpoenas issued to Fed Chairman Jerome Powell.

Boasberg previously blasted Trump and US Attorney Pirro, saying the subpoenas were improperly issued after the president pressured Powell to lower interest rates.

In April, the Justice Department dropped its criminal investigation into Jerome Powell.

The IG’s Report states that there were “deficiencies in the management of the renovation project.” The Building is over budget, at a Record Setting rate and, at a minimum, “Too Late” Powell should be forced to resign from the Board. He can’t manage a Building, and he certainly shouldn’t be allowed to manage his High Interest Rate Policy (only on “TRUMP!”). Soundproofing, and all other elements of the Building, will be inferior to what was previously there. Justice Department Indicts 10 Non-Citizens for Illegally Voting in Minnesota

The Justice Department on Wednesday indicted 10 aliens for illegally voting in Minnesota. AG Blanche, US Attorney Daniel Rosen and DHS Chief Markwayne Mullin announced a federal grand jury indicted 10 defendants for voter fraud.

“The charge of false claim of citizenship in order to vote is a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1015(f) and carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years, a maximum term of supervised release of three years, and a maximum fine of $250,000. Voting by aliens is a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 611 and is a class A misdemeanor and carries a maximum term of imprisonment of one year, a maximum term of supervised release of one year, and a maximum fine of $100,000,” the DOJ said.

The 10 non-citizens named in the indictments per the DOJ:

– Liberian national Bhator Konah Bryant, 61, a lawful permanent resident has been charged on one count of making a false claim of citizenship in order to vote. She is alleged to have falsely claimed United States citizenship when registering to vote on October 18, 2024. The defendant had her initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Elsa M. Bullard on September 29, 2026.

– Lithuanian national Edvile Vaidoto Edmunds, 59, a lawful permanent resident has been charged on one count of voting by alien. She is alleged to have voted illegally as an alien in Minnesota on November 8, 2022. The defendant had her initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Elsa M. Bullard on September 29, 2026.

– Ghanaian national Joshua Frederick Kofi Edzie, 63, a lawful permanent resident has been charged on two counts of making a false claim of citizenship in order to vote and one count of voting by alien. Hero Passenger Who Broke Into Cockpit to Subdue Hijacker Receives Hero’s Welcome from Netanyahu

The Gateway Pundit reported that on Wednesday, an Israel-bound Flydubai flight made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia after plunging thousands of feet following an attack in the cockpit.

Flight FZ1073 took off from Dubai for Tel Aviv with more than 170 people on board, almost all of them Israeli.Less than an hour from entering Israeli airspace, Captain Smit Machchhar, an Indian pilot, was stabbed by his co-pilot, an Omani national.

After hearing screams from the cockpit, a group of passengers ran toward it, and one of the passengers, being referred to as Yaniv, broke down the door and subdued the co-pilot, who appeared to be attempting to damage the plane’s controls and crash the plane in Israel in a 9/11-style attack.

Israel Nation News shared footage of the moment passengers stormed the cockpit.

Netanyahu shared details of the incident and then gave a hero’s welcome to Yaniv when the plane returned safely to Israel.

The Prime Minister shared, “This morning, there was a serious security incident on a flight from Dubai to Israel. Almost all the passengers on the flight were Israelis. During the flight, as they approached the country, one of the pilots stabbed the second pilot, and apparently tried to crash the plane with everyone on board.”

“I spoke with one of the Israeli passengers. He told me that the plane went into a spin and began to dive. He told me that, somehow or other, he managed to break into the cockpit with one of the crew members, and that together they neutralized the stabbing pilot while he was trying to sabotage the plane’s systems.”

“Another flight crew on board entered the cockpit and managed to stabilize the plane. I salute these heroes, who displayed exceptional resourcefulness and courage. They saved many lives. They prevented a huge disaster. The plane landed safely at Tabuk Airport in Saudi Arabia. All passengers are out of danger.”

“The stabbing pilot was arrested and is currently being interrogated by the Saudi authorities. We are maintaining constant communication with the relevant authorities to ensure the ongoing well-being of the passengers and their safe return home. I have instructed the security services to prepare for additional potential threats. We are holding ongoing situation assessments, and we will update you as the situation develops…”

Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver Announces She is Pregnant as She Faces 17 Years in Prison

Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver on Tuesday announced that she is pregnant as she faces up to 17 years in prison for all three counts.

In June 2025, a federal grand jury returned a 3-count indictment charging Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver with forcibly impeding and interfering with federal law enforcement officers at the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark.

The 40-year-old New Jersey Democrat said she intentionally got pregnant as she is facing nearly two decades behind bars.

“People might find it crazythat even though I’m facing 17 years in prison, I made the decision to get pregnant. But, at the end of the day, this is something I couldn’t let be consumed by this administration,” Rep. McIver said. (WTH does that mean. Is she faking being pregnant? I guess she thinks they won’t put her in jail while pregnant!)

“I refuse to let them take my joy or my future,” she said.

LaMonica McIver verbally abused and physically assaulted federal agents at a detention facility in Newark in May 2025.

ICE bodycam footage revealed Rep. LaMonica McIver was verbally abusing federal agents and threatening to destroy their careers.

“I touch whoever I want motherf*cker!” McIver shouted.

Last year, a federal judge declined to toss out the federal charges against Rep. McIver.

Last month, a federal appeals court rejected Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver’s immunity defense after she assaulted ICE agents at a Newark ICE detention center last year.

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals rejected LaMonica McIver’s argument that she was immune from prosecution because of the Constitution’s “speech or debate” clause.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn Personally Sues Jack Smith Over Improperly Subpoenaed Phone During ‘Arctic Frost’

Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) announced a lawsuit against Former Special Counsel Jack Smith over his accessing of phone records secretly obtained during his investigation of President Donald Trump.

The Senator is suing Smith in his personal capacity, arguing he was never lawfully empowered to wield the authority behind the Arctic Frost investigation.

A report released by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan confirms that Smith coordinated with the Biden DOJ to spy on their political opposition.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Republicans released documents that revealed investigators improperly subpoenaed phone records that belonged to 44 GOP lawmakers during Smith’s Arctic Frost investigation.

Smith’s team also secured gag orders to prevent the GOP lawmakers from learning that Biden’s DOJ obtained their phone records.

Fox News reports that the lawsuit, Senator Marsha Blackburn v. John L. Smith, “argues the prosecutor lacked lawful authority to serve as special counsel and violated the lawmaker’s rights by obtaining the records.”

The Senator is asking a federal court to provide several things: declare Smith’s appointment unconstitutional, order the records destroyed, and award nominal damages in the amount of $1.

The case therefore seeks to test not only Smith’s tactics, but the legitimacy of the authority he claims to have exercised as special counsel appointed by then-Attorney General Merrick Garland during the Biden administration.

“This lawsuit is solely about holding Mr. Smith accountable and ensuring that our nation’s justice system can never again be weaponized against the American people,” Blackburn, R-Tenn., told Fox News Digital.

“Through his Arctic Frost witch-hunt that targeted conservatives across America and even the president of the United States, Jack Smith perpetrated one of the worst abuses of government power in our nation’s history,” she said.

On Tuesday, Smith testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on his federal criminal investigation into President Trump.

During the testimony, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) noted Smith’s actions represent “the most egregious abuse of power in the history of the Department of Justice.” (I actually think what they have done to Trump as the President and Citizen, for 10+ years, is much worse than what the Senators got. Kathryn Kirk, the mother of the late TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk, has broken her silence regarding conspiracy theories surrounding her son’s tragic assassination.

Kathryn Kirk recently spoke to Vanity Fair for the first interview she has done since her son was assassinated on September 10, 2025.

In the interview, Kathryn shared that her silence about the tragedy was used by conspiracy theorists to claim there is animosity between her and Erika Kirk.

Kathryn shared, “We were 100 percent behind Erika, and through the tragedy, the two of them have grown closer together.

Per Vanity Fair:

The only time Kathryn Kirk, Charlie’s mother, cries is when she starts talking about how upset her son would be over the way his wife has been treated on social media. Kathryn, who has avoided speaking to journalists until now, says that she’s been fielding calls since minutes after Charlie was shot. A TMZ reporter “called me even before I talked to my daughter. Before I was running the car,” she says.

Though she says she’s desperate to remain a private citizen, Kathryn is also coming to terms with the fact that even her silence has been co-opted by conspiracy theorists who claim there is a rift between Charlie’s parents and Erika; that they blame her for their son’s death; that they’re fighting over Charlie’s will—and the legacy of Turning Point.

“We knew Charlie in a way that no one else did. We can look at each other’s eyes and we know the depth of our despair.”

Later in the interview, Kathryn shared that, regarding a succession plan for TPUSA if anything were to happen to Charlie, he purposely spared both her and Charlie’s father from those talks “because it would just go right into our fears.”

Members of the TPUSA board told Vanity Fair that Charlie made it very clear that if anything was to happen to him,he wanted Erika to lead the organization he co-founded in 2012.

Kathryn has largely stayed out of the public eye following the assassination of her son.

However, she has sat alongside Erika in the courtroom during preliminary hearings for Tyler Robinson, the man charged with killing Charlie.

Couple Extradited from Mexico for Allegedly Drugging and Smuggling Unaccompanied Alien Children to US During Biden Administration

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that during Operation Take Back America, two Mexican nationals were arraigned in the Western District of Texas after being extradited from Mexico for allegedly drugging and smuggling minors into the United States under the Biden Administration.

A federal grand jury returned an indictment on Sept. 24, 2025, charging Susana Guadian, 51, and Daniel Guadian, 51, both of Juarez, Mexico, with conspiracy to transport aliens and bringing aliens illegally to the United States for financial gain.

The two allegedly gave children THC-Laced gummies to sedate them for travel and prevent them from being able to speak with border patrol.

According to court documents, between approximately May 1 and Oct. 17, 2024, Susana and Daniel Guadian are alleged to have taken part in an alien smuggling organization that brought unaccompanied alienchildren between the ages of 5 and 13 illegallyinto the United States from Juarez, Mexico.

The complaint alleges that the two were recruited as drivers to transport the children by car from Mexico to a port of entry at the U.S. border. The complaint further alleges the drivers, and their coconspirators would subsequently present U.S. documents to inspecting officers, falsely claiming the documents belonged to the children and that they were the children’s parents.

During at least one smuggling event, the children were given gummy candies containing marijuana to sedate them with one child taken to the hospital due to marijuana poisoning.

The complaint further states that, once inside the United States, the children were then transported to El Paso, where others would pick up the children and provide payment to the drivers.

According to court documents,the drivers were paid $900 for each minorthat they brought into the United States.

Co-defendant Manuel Valenzuela was sentenced on July 1 to five years in prison for his role in the child smuggling scheme. Dianne Guadian, another co-defendant, pleaded guilty to her role in the scheme on July 28.

Assistant Attorney General A. Tysen Duva of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division shared, “These defendants are charged with smuggling multiple children across the southern border.”

“The allegations include that they risked the safety of children by giving them THC-laced gummies to sedate them while smuggling them from Mexico into the United States to avoid the children answering questions from border law enforcement.”

“Protecting kids from smugglers, who will stop at nothing to exploit them, will always be one of the Department’s highest priorities.”

U.S. Attorney Justin R. Simmons for the Western District of Texas continued, “Having Susana and Daniel Guadian in custody on this side of the border one year after they were indicted is a major development in a case that highlights the dangerous tactics that human smugglers employ when smuggling children.”

“Like their co-defendants before them, these two will be aggressively prosecuted in federal court and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

Acting Special Agent in Charge Ryan G. McRae of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) El Paso added, “There is nothing more reprehensible than exploiting vulnerable children for profit. Smuggling children across our border is not a victimless crime.”
