Florida AG James Uthmeier SUES Pfizer and CEO Albert Bourla — Alleges Drug Giant Deceptively Marketed COVID Jabs as “Safe” While Pregnant Women Miscarried and Teenagers Suffered Heart Attacks

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier dropped the hammer on Big Pharma Thursday, suing Pfizer and its CEO, Dr. Albert Bourla, for allegedly deceptively marketing the company’s COVID-19 shots as safe while raking in billions, even as pregnant women lost their babies and teenagers suffered heart attacks.
Uthmeier announced the suit on X, tying it directly to the still-open state investigation into Anthony Fauci and the biomedical bureaucracy that shoved the jabs on the American public.
“Weeks ago we learned Fauci and the biomedical state knew the COVID jabs were dangerous but hid it from us,” Uthmeier wrote.
“While that investigation continues, today we sued Pfizer for deceptively marketing the products as safe—making billions—while pregnant women were miscarrying their babies and teenagers were having heart attacks.”
According to Reuters, Uthmeier filed the case in state court under Florida’s consumer protection law. The complaint accuses Pfizer of telling consumers the shot was safe while failing to disclose potential risks, including heart inflammation and other adverse events. It also alleges Pfizer pushed Americans to get the jab “to protect others” even though the company never tested whether the product stopped the virus from spreading.
Bloomberg Law reported the suit was filed in the Circuit Court for the 19th Judicial Circuit and argues that Pfizer and Bourla knowingly marketed the vaccine while concealing safety risks for pregnant women, known adverse effects, and the risk of myocarditis.
The money trail is staggering. Reuters reported the state says Pfizer made more than $80 billion from vaccine sales, then nearly quadrupled the price from $30 a dose to a range of $110 to $130 in 2023.
Florida is seeking a court order to stop the alleged conduct, civil penalties of $10,000 per violation — $15,000 when seniors or disabled people were harmed — and disgorgement of profits. Pfizer did not immediately respond to Reuters’ request for comment.
