YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP: Democrat Janelle Stelson Canvasser Busted HALF-NAKED With Genitals Exposed in Family Neighborhood — Told Cops He Didn’t See the Problem — Indecent Exposure Charge Then VANISHES

by Jim Hᴏft Oct. 1, 2026 5:40 pm

A political canvasser tied to Pennsylvania Democrat Janelle Stelson’s bid to unseat Republican Rep.Scott Perry was caught with his pants down, literally, in a Mechanicsburg neighborhood full of kids, dog-walkers, and a public park, according to court records reported by WHP 580.

East Pennsboro Police say they were sent shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday to Delwood Drive near the Acri Road intersection after an unknown man had been sitting in his vehicle for several hours. When officers made contact, 25-year-old Chimaobim Adedayo Igbojekwe of Aurora, Colorado, opened the door of his silver Ford SUV wearing only a shirt, with his genitals exposed. He told police he was waiting to hand out flyers for Stelson’s campaign and pointed to the literature in the SUV.

Then, according to the same court records, he said he did not understand why it was a problem for him to have his genitals exposed while parked in a residential neighborhood. Police noted residents were already in the area: a man walking his dog and children on bicycles. The SUV was parked close to a public park and next to a sidewalk.

Igbojekwe was originally charged with indecent exposure, a second-degree misdemeanor, and a summary count of disorderly conduct. Magisterial District Judge Jonathan R. Birbeck set bail at $49,000. He was held at Cumberland County Prison after he could not post it.

Then the charge that matched what officers say they saw disappeared.

A WHP 580 update posted at 9 p.m. on September 30 says court records now show theindecent-exposure count and the summary disorderly-conduct citation were withdrawn. Igbojekwe pleaded guilty to a third-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

Conservative activist Scott Presler blasted the episode on X, askingwhy a Stelson canvasser listed out of Aurora, Colorado, was working a Central Pennsylvania neighborhood, and warning voters in Cumberland, Dauphin, and York counties not to look away.

Stelson, a former WGAL anchor, is in a rematch with Perry in Pennsylvania’s 10th District after losing by 5,133 votes in 2024.

She has spent the fall selling herself as the moderate adult in the race, rolling out a “Republicans for Janelle” coalition that included former GOP Reps. Adam Kinzinger and Barbara Comstock, according to PoliticsPA.

Days before this bust, she was still pitching affordability and an anti-corruption message in a City & State Pennsylvania interview.

The campaign has not publicly explained why a Colorado man with her flyers was sitting half-naked beside a park, or why he told police the exposure was no big deal.

CNN Again Dropped from White House Pool Coverage

Matt Mercer1 Oct 2026

The White House plans to keep CNN from providing pool coverage during President Trump’s travel to Texas and Oklahoma, a source told The Hill on Thursday. The White House did not immediately respond to the news outlet’s request for comment and CNN was not listed as the TV pool outlet covering the president.

CNN, MS NOW, and Politico are seeking court action to have their credentials reinstated, alleging the administration has “persisted in unpredictably and inconsistently implementing its ban” despite a judge’s restraining order — including prohibiting CNN from White House pool duties.

The White House dropped CNN from traveling with President Donald Trump on Air Force One to last Saturday’s Tennessee-Texas college football matchup.

CNN senior reporter Betsy Klein (L) works in the CNN office after being allowed back on to the grounds of the White House on September 24, 2026 in Washington, DC. A federal judge ordered the White House to “immediately return, reinstate, and restore” the credentials held by employees of CNN, MS NOW and Politico after President Donald Trump banned the news organizations last week.

A judge’s order reinstating the three left-wing outlets’ access was limited to White House grounds and does not cover travel with the president.

Emily Kuhn, a spokesperson for CNN, confirmed the removal to NBC News but did not provide additional comment. The network earlier cited their removal was “a blatant violation of the First Amendment and due process.”

CNN attorneys renewed their filing to reinstate their pool coverage on Tuesday, arguing the White House is issuing access to the president and coverage ofhis daily activities “unpredictably and inconsistently,” causing the outlet irreparable harm in the process, The Hill reported. (That’s stupid, he can do his schedule any way he wants to, he’s not going to design it around comfort for the networks.)

The Trump administration is required to submit a response to this week’s filing by Friday, October 2.

Trump Sidesteps Questions on Endorsing Netanyahu Before Oct. 27 Israeli Elections

Headline USA Editor October 1, 2026

President Donald Trump won’t say whether he thinks Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should be reelected when voters head to the polls later this month.

The president, who sat down with Time magazine for a 75-minute interview published Thursday, sidestepped multiple questions about Netanyahu’s reelection bid. Israelis are set to vote Oct. 27, in the first national elections since the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel.

The absence of an endorsement is a setback for the Likud party politician, who has billed his tight ties to Trump as a selling point for keeping him in power.

“I can only say that I’m not involved in politics anymore,”responded Trump, when asked if Israelis should give Netanyahu another term.

The U.S. president is in fact ramping up his campaigning for Republicans in the November midterms, and has made a public flex of his political influence abroad on a scale that few if any U.S. presidents have exerted.

He has endorsed candidates like Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in his unsuccessful bid for a fifth term, Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi and Polish President Karol Nawrocki, as well as several Latin American leaders.

Trump’s tepid comments sharply contrast with his more fulsome displays of support for Netanyahu in the past. In a 2019 campaign, Netanyahu purchased massive billboards picturing him with Trump and the message “Netanyahu. In Another League.” Trump, in turn, highlighted the campaign ad in his own social media feeds.

In the Time interview, Trump, however, didn’t miss an opportunity to highlight his own record on Israel as thereporters made several attempts to get him to talk about Netanyahu, Israel’s longest-serving prime minister, and his reelection battle.

Trump did note that Netanyahu has shown resilience over the course of his political career.

The Israeli leader is in the midst of a yearslong corruption trial, faced massive protests in 2023 after introducing a plan to restructure Israel’s judiciary and his image has been tarnished by his government’s intelligence and security lapses ahead of the Oct. 7, 2023, attack by Hamas on Israel.

Last November, Trump sent a letter to Israeli President Isaac Herzog asking him to pardon Netanyahu on the corruption charges and praised the prime minister as “a formidable and decisive War Time Prime Minister.”

“Well, people have written off Bibi many, many times, just like they’ve written off me many, many times,” Trump said. “I wouldn’t underestimate Bibi.”

On Netanyahu’s most serious opponent, centrist Gadi Eisenkot, Trump said, “I don’t hear bad things about him.”

In June, before Eisenkot announced he was running, Trump said he would “most likely” endorse Netanyahu but that he would have to see who he was running against him first. Trump remains a popular figure in Israel.

During his first term, he lent unprecedented support to Israel’s claims to territory seized in war, including by moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem.

The robust support continued in his second term, as he backed Israel’s actions in Gaza and joined it in bombing Iran. Netanyahu has been a frequent guest at the White House and frequently speaks to Trump on the phone.

The alliance has been particularly beneficial to Netanyahu, who has sought to tie himself to Trump to improve his image at home. But there has been strain between the two leadersover the course of the seven-month Iran war.

Trump was critical of Israel’s decision to attack a critical Iranian gas field in the first weeks of the conflict. Trump in June called Netanyahu “crazy” and said that he was “a little bit perturbed” as Israel’s fighting with Hezbollah militants in Lebanon was holding back peace talks with Iran.

In August,Netanyahu rejected Trump’s latest planto advance the stalled ceasefire in Gaza, pushing back on the U.S. administration’s call for Israel to withdraw from territory it controls in Gaza until Hamas has been disarmed.

With the move, Netanyahu rolled the dice on potentially angering Trump, who he has repeatedly said is the greatest friend Israel has ever had in the White House.

Going along with Trump’s plan could arguably be more perilous for Netanyahu’s reelection chances as the country remains deeply traumatized by the Oct. 7, 2023, attack that happened on his watch. Netanyahu’s nationalistic base opposes concessions to the Palestinians.
