The allegations about him are extremely weak and there is nothing in there that suggests he did anything other than tell final drug test results that shocked and bewildered him. There is no crime in telling, only acting on info. He didn't act but his son did. Because his son did, they slapped conspiracy charges on him. I don't see justification for conspiracy in the indictment against Chris.
