If in the 6 min convo Chris discusses selling stock before info goes public then he is guilty but that is not alleged in the indictment. It only alleges that they had a 6 min convo and during it, he told his son the drug test failed. The indictment shows the response to the email informing him of the failure. It was one of shock. The indictment doesn't even allege that passing the info was the motive for the phone call. This is the relevant portion of the indictment that the entire case against Chris hinges on. If the Feds have to try the case in the Court of public opinion, they know they can't win in a Court of law and they are just smearing him.
