Note to Amazon: You could try listening to why people are objecting and address their concerns with actual solutions. Maybe even make it worth it to them to have you in. Like for instance, you supply your own power so their rates don't go up (mini nuke) and then install more capacity than you need and put the extra on the grid at below market rate so their power bills actually go down.
