I really don't like shitting at the gym. I have a highly nuanced digestive system. Usually the first dump of the morning is just to break the colon plug and it comes shortly after waking up. Then maybe 20-30 minutes later the real mud is ready to blast. This puts me in a unique situation after waking up and just taking the initial dump and heading to the gym after because I don't want to wait. So when needed I'll do a nice toilet seat wipe to get all the residual piss off the seat, and PRAY I only gotta use their facilities once. Nothing worse than public pooping because I'm a shy but noisy pooper and I don't like making all that blasting noise in public because that shits loud.
