from known credible sources.
he chooses weak bait to dispute, and does not respond when he knows he's got no valid way to disagree.
he is a showman at this point, and to what end, i don't know.
tip top doesn't matter. there are known instances of POTUS saying it in the past, which is further deniability.
doesn't mean it's illegitimate, but it's far from proof.
the ultimate proof is that reporters who say they know without a doubt that Q is false are NOT following up on what they are implying is criminal behavior.
