Hey President Trump, I had an idea that could help the US gain an edge with data centers. One of the big issues people raise with them is noise, specifically infrasound. As you yourself have said, frequencies can be weapons. So, how to reduce sound? Line the buildings with automotive sound baffling like in a car's engine bay! Super simple and would reduce noise almost entirely! Should be a very affordable solution for engineers and builders, and this combined with true closed loop systems should help data centers to become genuinely decent neighbors for us rural anons. I like thinking of creative solutions, and the radiator metaphor for closed loop systems is similar to what I'm proposing here.
