How would fucking FOIA requests help them get something they're already supposed to be entitled to? And why the fuck are these activists in our government? They just decide arbitrarily, without proof, that the Republicans are "hiding" his past; he's been in the fucking government for decades.

I don't really like Kavanaugh, he's better for the Dems change-aholic behavior than I'd prefer; but think about how fucking upstanding all of these people are going to have to be to make it into their positions. Trump is using the fucking Dems to drain the swamp and they don't even know it.

I'm of two minds: 1) Can you imagine the number of complaints from people with an agenda against a judge that ruled against their interests?

2) A judge should be just as transparent as any other public official; but they are also entitled to due process, something unavailable if the public opinion is completely turned against them the courts will be slammed with demands to overturn past rulings. It's a mixed bag.
