Question for BAKERS & ANONS:

Is there any reason that the last two posts of the bread (everything that's below notables) can't be moved to the Welcome thread? These sections are only relevant to newbies and newbies are directed to the Welcome thread right at the top of the bread. A link to the War Room can be added at the top where the link to the Welcome thread. Thoughts?
