Miley Cyrus’ new album fell from No. 1 to No. 157 on the Billboard 200 in its second week, the steepest drop Variety could find for a record in the week after a No. 1 debut.

“Bass Persuades” had opened at the top. When Billboard posted the top 10 of the next chart on Sunday, it was not there. The full list put it at No. 157, Variety reported Tuesday.

Man Armed with Gun and Knife Shot Dead At Nashville Federal Courthouse – Gunman Identified as US Marshal

A man armed with a gun and a knife was shot dead at a federal courthouse in Nashville on Thursday.

According to News 3, the attacker tried to discharge his gun but it wouldn’t fire so he used a knife to attack the security guard.

The security guard fatally shot the gunman.

The gunman was identified as an out-of-state US Marshal.

The motive for the attack is unknown.

Local 3 News reported:

The shooter was identified as an out-of-state U.S. Marshal, who police say entered the front door armed with a pistol.

The gunman is dead and there is no threat at the courthouse at this time, police said.

Police say the shooter attempted to discharge his gun, but it did not fire. He then used a knife on a security guard, who shot the gunman.

The gunman was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

The Nashville Downtown Public Library next door is under evacuation due to a “strange vehicle” on the side of the building, according to police. A bomb squad searched that vehicle and did not find anything.

HERE WE GO: DOJ Moves to Indict January 6 ‘Star Witness’ Cassidy Hutchinson

The Justice Department is seeking to indict January 6 ‘star witness’ Cassidy Hutchinson for lying to Congress, according to PunchBowl News.

Earlier this year it was reported that the DOJ launched an investigation into Hutchinson.

The DOJ’s Civil Rights Division presented evidence to a federal grand jury this week. Hutchinson has not been subpoenaed yet.

Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon is spearheading the investigation.

“DOJ is seeking a federal criminal indictment of former WH aide Cassidy Hutchinson on charges of lying to Congress in her Jan. 6 testimony,” PunchBowl News reported.

“DOJ’s Civil Rights Division brought evidence to a federal grand jury on Tuesday and is expected to present more evidence and additional witnesses later this month, per sources familiar with the plans. Hutchinson has not been subpoenaed to appear before the grand jury, per the sources,” the outlet reported.

Cassidy Hutchinson testified in June 2022 that Trump got into “the beast” after his speech at the Ellipse on January 6 with the belief that he would be driven to the Capitol.

According to Hutchinson, who received this information from Tony Ornato, the Assistant Director for the Secret Service, Trump grew angry after he was informed that he was being driven back to the West Wing.

According to Ornato, Trump shouted, “I’m the f*cking president! Take me up to the Capitol now!”

Hutchinson alleged that at this point, Trump reached up to the driver, grabbed the steering wheel, and tried to commandeer the presidential limo.

Hutchinson then claimed Secret Service Agent Bobby Engel grabbed Trump’s arm and took his hand off the steering wheel.

Of course, this was all a lie.

The House oversight subcommittee, headed by Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), later found that unreleased testimony by four White House employees present for Trump’s Jan. 6, 2021, speech at the Ellipse “directly contradicted claims made by Cassidy Hutchinson. She made it all up. The woman should be hauled into court!

Later reports found that Liz Cheney coached Cassidy Hutchinson before her testimony. Another crime.
