NEW YORK CITY: "A person was shot by ICE officers Thursday afternoon in an Upper Manhattan neighborhood, three law enforcement sources familiar with the matter said. The shooting happened during an ICE enforcement operation along Marble Hill Avenue around 4 p.m., those sources said. One source said the person shot was apparently in a vehicle when at least one officer opened fire. That person was expected to survive.

Multiple law enforcement sources said the team of ICE agents were in the neighborhood looking for a man with a criminal record. One senior official said the suspect had a past robbery arrest resulting in a grand larceny conviction and a current open drug case."
