WATCH: Maricopa County Election Employees Seen Late at Night Using Flash Drives on Certified Equipment Ahead of Election Day – Maricopa Attempts Damage Control. 1/2

By Jordan Conradson Oct. 10, 2026 12:00 pm

Maricopa County election employees are believed to have been seen tampering with voting equipment late at night this week, appearing to install or download something on election equipment that has already been certified for use on November 3.

The county claims that they were just “working on a legitimate election task, late into the night.” But according to Phoenix-based election watchdog group We the People Alliance, the employees left for the day at approximately 6:20 pm, then returned late at night around 9:08 pm until 11:15 pm.

Additionally, co-founder of We the People Shelby Busch tells The Gateway Pundit, “There are two flaws with the Maricopa County Election Department’s statement of transparency. First, they fail to disclose to the public what this ‘legitimate election task’ was that required occurring late into the night, and second, they indicate this can be viewed 24/7 by the public; however, the feed published by WTP USA does not appear to be part of the public feeds.”

We the People obtained the non-public video from a source. This view is nowhere to be found in Maricopa County’s public livestream of election activities at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center. Still, Maricopa County claimed in a statement, “You can view our tabulation center 24/7 365 days a year.”

“We do not presume to know what was on those flash drives, but what we do know is that secure computers were unlocked and external devices were inserted into highly sensitive systems late at night and without any public oversight. Additional video footage we obtained also raises heavy concern over the chain of custody of the external flash drive,” she added.

One of the employees, We the People Alliance says, is Brian Ramirez, the same employee who was previously accused of deleting election files before voting machines were delivered to Arizona Senate auditors following the stolen 2020 election. The Gateway Pundit has not independently verified that Ramirez was involved in the latest incident.

Similar concerns about Maricopa County machine tampering after logic and accuracy testing to certify the accuracy of the election equipment arose in the 2022 election, which was stolen from Kari Lake.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Maricopa County admitted during Kari Lake’s court proceedings in 2022 to “install[ing] new memory cards on its Election Day tabulators” on October 14, 17, and 18, after the statutorily required October 11 logic and accuracy (L&A) testing. The tabulators went on to fail on election day, disenfranchising thousands of voters across Maricopa County and robbing Kari Lake of her victory over then-Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

Likewise, the external devices were seemingly plugged into the computers, just two days after the county’s testing. Maricopa County performed L&A testing for the November 3 election on October 5. Who knows what is on these USB drives?

Surveillance video from inside the Maricopa County tabulation center appears to show one of the employees using flash drives on the computers at 10:38 pm on October 7.

We the People Alliance sounded the alarm on Friday:

BUSTED: Exclusive Video of Maricopa County BOS employees (toddler in tow) in highly secure Ballot Tabulation Center at 10:30pm inserting flash drives into computers (Post L&A) during an active election obtained by our source! Additional video obtained shows 3 hours of activity (Leaving at 11:15pm)

This is why we MUST vote!

Turn out in masses this election and have your voice heard.

We must be vigilant, we are watching..

These employees worked a day shift that day, leaving at 6:23pm and then returned at 9:08pm alone (with child) and remained until 11:15pm. One of the 2 employees has been identified as Brian Ramirez, the same BOS employee who deleted files off the EMS system in 2020. (more details below)

These employees are hired and supervised by Scott Jarrett and the Maricopa BOS NOT the Maricopa County Recorders office.

*All relevant details have been reported to authorities.

Maricopa County responded to the incident, with the elections department putting out a statement, claiming, “As occurs in the weeks preceding an election, these employees were working on a legitimate election task, late into the night.”

“These photos may be used on social media to imply wrongdoing. This is not the case. Know the facts, so you can vote confidently,” the statement continued.

County Supervisor Mark Stewart also said in a statement that the two employees were simply “trying to complete work before the weekend.” Notably, however, the two were seen on Wednesday night — days before the weekend.

This comes after Maricopa County election vendor Runbeck sent thousands of ballots to voters nearly a week before early voting is scheduled to begin in a so-called error.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, we also asked the President for his thoughts on the so-called mail-in ballot error in Maricopa County. “By the way, there were no errors. You know that, right? There were no errors,” Trump said, suggesting that the Maricopa mail-in voting is rigged. “They got caught,” he added.

This is a developing story.

Justices urged to leave order in place barring enforcement of Trump administration’s new policy for transgender inmates

Lawyers for a group of transgender inmates in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons urged the Supreme Court on Thursday to leave in place an order by a federal judge in Washington, D.C.,that bars the BOP from enforcing a new policy on healthcare for transgender inmates that would prevent such inmates from obtaining (among other things) hormone therapy and “social accommodations” (such as makeup, wigs, and padding). Li Nowlin-Sohl, representing the inmates, told the justices that the Trump administration is asking the justices “to overturn a three decades-long status quo.”

The Trump administration adopted the policy earlier this year. It followed a policy adopted in February 2025 to implement an executive order signed by President Donald Trump shortly after his second inauguration. That order directed the attorney general to “ensure that no Federal funds are expended for any medical procedure, treatment, or drug for the purpose of conforming an inmate’s appearance to that of the opposite sex.”

When it adopted the February 2026 policy, which the BOP said that it did “independently of” Trump’s Feb. 2025 executive order, the BOP also included an extensive administrative record and a 43-page memorandum in which it attributed the change from its prior policy to, among other things, “the latest scientific information.” Specifically, it said, its earlier policies had relied on recommendations by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, but that group’s standards had been deemed “unreliable” and “unpersuasive” by prison administrators. Moreover, the BOP expressed concerns that providing access to procedures such as gender-transition surgeries could subject transgender prisoners to “attacks,” “raise fairness concerns,” and “breed resentment among other inmates.”

Three transgender inmates went to federal court in Washington, D.C., seeking to file a class action lawsuit to block the enforcement of the policy. On Aug. 26, Senior U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth issued his most recent order barring the BOP from implementing its 2026 policy, and on Sept. 18 a divided panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected the government’s request to pause Lamberth’s order.

The Trump administration then went to the Supreme Court on Sept. 28, asking the justices to step in and block Lamberth’s order. U.S. SolicitorGeneral D. John Sauer told the Supreme Court that the district court had “substitut[ed] its own policy judgment for that of the” BOP, “rel[ied] on evidence outside the administrative record, and fault[ed] the agency for following presidential directions.” Moreover, he added, the district court “also denied prison administrators the substantial deference they are due.”

In their filing on Thursday, the inmates argued that the new policy fell short under the federal laws governing administrative agencies because the BOP had not provided a “reasoned explanation” for its decision. For example, Nowlin-Sohl wrote, the extensive record that the BOP had provided was “silent about BOP’s extensive experience providing” hormone therapy and social accommodations “and whether it supports” BOP’s conclusions that “this care is not medically necessary and poses security and administrative issues.” The record, the brief continued, is also “devoid of any evidence indicating whether BOP healthcare providers found this care effective, ineffective, or harmful to patients.”

Moreover, the inmates said, the BOP had “cut off treatment that its healthcare providers had recommended for decades and replaced it with psychotherapy” and “psychotropic medications” – which “BOP’s Medical Director recognizes … treat co-existing conditions such as depression and anxiety, not gender dysphoria itself.” And the BOP’s failure to include “key evidence” in the record “make[s] it clear that the rationales were contrived to support the demand President Trump made in the EO.”

Finally, theinmates told the justices that they will be permanently harmed if the district court’s order is paused. “Withdrawing care will cause significant changes to their bodies and put [them] and class members at serious risk of worsening gender dysphoria as well as other mental health symptoms including depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidality.”

Iran retains missile, drone production capabilities despite months of US-Israeli strikes - report

Western intelligence assessments suggest Iran has preserved key weapons factories and can replenish its missile arsenal despite months of US-Israeli attacks.

ByJERUSALEM POST STAFF

OCTOBER 10, 2026

1/2

Iran has retained the ability to manufacture ballistic missiles and drones despite eight months of US and Israeli airstrikes, allowing Tehran to replenish its weapons stockpiles as US President Donald Trump debates delaying further military action until after the November midterm elections, Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing Western officials familiar with intelligence assessments. (Israel raising interruption of mid terms, what’s their motive? They had to know this weeks ago?)

The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Iran had preserved parts of its weapons manufacturing infrastructure despite extensive strikes targeting its military-industrial capabilities.

One Western official assessed that Tehran still possesses significant stocks of ballistic missiles and certain anti-ship weapons, with the capacity to manufacture additional munitions relatively quickly.

The official also claimed that Russia has been supplying Iran with missiles, consistent with a separate intelligence assessment from June. Russia's Defense Ministry did not respond to Bloomberg's request for comment.

The findings contrast with repeated assertions by Trump administration officials that the US-Israeli military campaign has effectively dismantled Iran's ability to threaten American military installations and regional allies.

Trump previously described Iran's military as "totally destroyed," while Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said on September 30 that US operations had destroyed Iran's "military industrial capacity" and "their entire defense base."

White House disputes assessment of Iran's military capabilities

White House spokesperson Anna Kelly rejected the Western officials' assessment, defending the effectiveness of American operations against Iran's nuclear and conventional military infrastructure.

“First, President Trump obliterated Iran’s nuclear facilities during Operation Midnight Hammer,” Kelly said in a statement.

“Then, Operation Epic Fury successfully destroyed the conventional shield that Iran sought to create over a nuclear program, including their ballistic missiles, production facilities, and navy.”

The extent of damage to Iran's missile industry has remained disputed. A September report, citing US and Middle Eastern officials, indicated that Tehran had resumed limited ballistic missile production using existing components, including at underground facilities, although manufacturing remained below prewar levels.

Trump announced on Thursday that the US would refrain from attacking Iran before the November midterm elections, after previously considering renewed military strikes amid escalating attacks on commercial shipping.

The pause could provide Tehran with additional time to restore production and replenish its arsenals, according to the Western assessments.

Iran has intensified attacks on vessels operating near the Strait of Hormuz, with at least 10 ships struck over the preceding week, according to the UK Navy.

The attacks have increased concerns about maritime security and potential disruption to global energy supplies, particularly as the US continues its naval blockade of Iranian oil exports.

In September, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned that it could deploy different weapons and strike new targets if Washington launched another offensive, signaling its intention to maintain military pressure despite the damage sustained during the war.

Iran's remaining missile arsenal raises questions

The US-Israeli air campaign likely inflicted significant long-term damage on Iran's prewar missile production infrastructure, according to an assessment by Jim Lamson, a former CIA analyst and visiting research fellow at King's College London.

However, the precise size of Iran's remaining arsenal remains uncertain.

Israeli estimates placed Tehran's ballistic missile stockpile at approximately 2,500 before the war, while Western intelligence assessments in June suggested Iran still possessed roughly three-quarters of its prewar munitions.

Earlier Israeli military assessmentsindicated that extensive strikes on Iranian military-industrial facilities could require years of reconstruction, although the ability to restore launchers and other components remained a concern.

The discrepancy between assessments of Iran's remaining stockpiles and its manufacturing capacity highlights the difficulty of determining how much military capability Tehran can regenerate without further external assistance.

A separate August assessmentdescribed how Iran had used periods of reduced fighting to repair launchers, restore access to underground facilities and accelerate efforts to rebuild missile and drone production. Analysts cautioned that such activity did not necessarily mean Tehran had recovered its full prewar capabilities.

For Washington and Israel, Iran's continued access to ballistic missiles and anti-ship weapons raises concerns about its ability to retaliate against renewed military action.

With the Islamic Republic facing mounting economic pressure from the US naval blockade,Western officials assessed that Tehran could increasingly rely on asymmetric operations, including attacks on maritime traffic, to impose costs on its militarily superior adversaries.

Nothing hits quite like watching 30-foot steel walls go up on the southern border.. Democrats spent four years telling us walls "don't work," but it's funny how most of them live in gated communities.. lmao

The plan is to install close to 1,600 miles of main wall plus another 650 miles of secondary wall behind it. On top of that, they're adding cameras, sensors, and towers so agents can actually see who's coming across.

And honestly, the southern border shouldn't be the only one getting it. Illegal crossings at the northern border went up more than 600% under Joe Biden, and that border is over 5,500 miles long. Almost 1 in 4 people living in Canada right now were born in a different country.

EVERY serious country on earth controls who comes in and who doesn't.

President Trump Says It’s Time for Zelenskyy to be Replaced 1/2

October 10, 2026 | Sundance |

President Trump eviscerated Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during remarks to the media earlier today.Within hours, Zelenskyy ran to ABC news for support. Zelenskyy will be on American television Sunday at the request and instruction of his handlers.

Furious about Zelenskyy’s arrogance at undermining U.S. energy interests by targeting Russian energy export hubs,President Trump pointed out that it is duplicitous Zelenskyywho is the impediment to any negotiated peace agreement or ceasefire.

“We told Zelensky, ‘You can do whatever you want to Russia, but don’t hit the refineries because that’s a world problem.’ And what does he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel. He better damn well stop.” …”I suggest they get a new leader who can make a deal, because he could have made many deals that for some reason, he NEVER does.” “That’s a war that should have never started. And I think it’s time for Ukraine to get a new president.”

  1. In his own words Vladimir Putin explains why EU-NATO must have an expanded war with Russia. It has nothing to do with political ideology, andeverything to do with control of money (energy price-fixing). [SEE HERE]

  1. Understand how the western control of the “market price” of commodities is used to manipulate political outcomes. This ties directly into the first article about why London must control the money and combat Russia. In this second article three weeks ago, CTH outlined a very predictable path that was most likely. The Trump-Putin strategic alliance on diesel exports is EXACTLY what we expected and predicted to happen. [SEE HERE]

  1. When you combine what Putin has said with the strategic agreement with Trump now in placeyou can then move forward and clearly see how Lukoil is going to end up being a wedge to drive out London financial influence and free the USA from this corrupt market control system. [SEE HERE]

Once you understand those three previous outlines, then you understand exactly why the U.K-EU-NATO needs Zelenskyy to stop this agreement between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. London’s (NYSE) and the western market control system is at risk. It’s all connected.

•Discounted potash from Belarus, sold to the U.S. at discount (non-market) prices. [Speculators smacked.]

•Discounted diesel fuel from Russia, sold to the U.S. at discount (non-market) prices. [Speculators smacked.]

These are two recent examples of Trump working around the traditional western system of financial control within the “western market system”.

These are also two transactions that cut out the middlemen completely.Chamber of Commerce Republicans are angry about that.

In essence, stand back and look at what Trump is doing here, it’s the same reason BRICS exists; it’s the BRICS argument against western financial control.

Trump is aligned ideologically with the BRICS position on energy exploitation. However, it’s actually more consequential than just an alignment of energy interests.

The biggest economy in the world, the economy that establishes the currency used in most global trade, is now aligning in common purpose against the financial schemes of London, while RETAINING the dollar as the central trade currency.

Trump is telling BRICS (Xi, Modi, Putin) there’s no reason to replace the dollar; there’s no reason to fight each other; we can work together and just replace the global market price manipulation.

This is jaw-dropping in consequence.

NEW: DOJ Now Investigating White House TV Pool Networks for Antitrust Violations After Attempted Boycott of Coverage White House

By Jordan Conradson Oct. 10, 2026 7:00 pm

The Department of Justice has opened an investigation into major TV networks in the White House press pool over potential violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, which prohibits anticompetitive business practices and monopolization.

The White House Correspondents’ Association has long come under fire for holding a monopoly on White House coverage, a point originally made by OAN’s Chanel Rion during the first Trump Administration.

CNN has been replaced by Real America’s Voice in the White House television pool several times during high-profile events and Trump’s trips on Air Force One since last month.

Trump has blocked CNN from accessing Air Force One several times since attempting to ban CNN, MS Now, and Politico from accessing the White House.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly granted a temporary restraining order reinstating their access to the White House grounds after the three outlets sued.

In the ongoing lawsuit, the outlets are now asking U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly for a preliminary injunction to extend their access to the White House until the case is resolved, as well as seeking restoration of their access to the President on Air Force One. On Thursday, Kelly temporarily extended his TRO until Tuesday, when he plans to make a final determination.

Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN initially banded together to boycott coverage of the President. They later decided to resume coverage, but only if one of the major networks was slated to provide a television pool feed. They have continued their refusal to cover the President when Real America's Voice is in the Pool instead of a mainstream media network.

The boycotts may have violated the Sherman Act, the Department of Justice said. The act prohibits businesses from conspiring with others to monopolize trade or commerce.

"Members of the television press pool have proudly boycotted covering White House events. Group boycotts among commercial competitors can violate the Sherman Act," a DOJ spokeswoman said in a statement.

“The Antitrust Division is simply investigating to determine whether these news organizations have violated the antitrust laws.”

Per the New York Times:

Officials from the Justice Department contacted networks on Friday and demanded communications and materials related to the White House TV pool, the people said. The pool is a longstanding system where the networks share the responsibility of providing footage of the president and distributing it to other news outlets.

Last month, the networks collectively suspended their pool footage of Mr. Trump for several days after the president barred CNN journalists from the White House grounds, which prevented CNN from participating in the pool.

The inquiry by the Justice Department is a profound escalation of the Trump administration’s ongoing battles with the White House press corps. It also follows a pattern of the Trump administration using the levers of government against its perceived foes in the media. The Justice Department has subpoenaed reporters from The New York Times and seized a laptop from a Washington Post journalist.
