1) Open source altenatives to these Adobe products have existed for years.
2) Cracked closed-source software has been available for pretty much as long as closed-source software has existed.
Nobody with a brain would use it for substantial projects or on a crucial system, since there is no reason to trust that it isn't malware.
3) Even if "reverse engineering" to achieve the same function is legal, most closed-source software is protected by copyright, which has jackshit to do with engineering.
The upshot is that if anyone actually tried to make money providing AI-produced Adobe clones, Adobe would fuck them in court.
4) Since nobody can make money providing this shit on a long-term basis, it won't be maintained. So Adobe will drop new features, but those using the AI versions won't get them.
