This could cause future problems. Let him know I did not hit the "New Reply" button twice. Some kind of fuckery happened at database-level.

Having been a DBAdmin for a few years, I know what corrupted indices in a table can do. Something seemingly happening "from time to time" is a perfect target for bad actors.
