Cummings hearing is a fever dream of control without looking at who really controls the u.k parliament machine. the only thing that he revealed of note was what ECHR is doing to decision making including threats to national security. the m.ps who are elected do not have any idea what they are doing and are just talking heads in the main.
The cabinet secretary has a powerful job and selects who gets what job, (think suzie wiles djt).
What cummings did not mention:
Inflitration from various special interests like klaus and the w.e.f, muslim brotherhood, dual citizenships, tony blair and the capture of all parties, u.k clown ops and most importantly the bank of England control over the Treasury and its budget, plus quangos like the OBR (Offfice of budget responsibility).
Liz Truss actually exposed a lot moar in her short time as p.m who was a cabinet minister for multiple department before being selected by the tories base but she was kicked out by the bank of england and one X post from the I.M.F.
