Dr. Phil on UFOs, Government Secrecy, and His Search for Proof
Oct-16-2026
This episode will premiere on Oct. 17 at 5 p.m. ET.
What does the U.S. government actually know about UFOs or unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), and what aren’t they telling us? Have non-human intelligences visited Earth already? And what do we know about them?
There are few people who have interrogated the facts around UAPs as carefully as Dr. Phil. He and his team were given exclusive, early access by President Donald Trump to confidential files on these mysterious objects.
“The one thing that I know and can confirm without question is that our government has been lying to us for 79 years.
They’ve been telling us that they have no evidence; [that] they have nothing that is unexplainable; that there’s not anything in their files that suggests that there might be something suggestive of non-human intelligence … that’s a lie,” he says.
“We’re talking about people that are admirals, generals, experienced lifetime pilots … seeing anomalous aerial phenomena that are doing things that our aircraft can’t do.
They’re flying at speeds we can’t fly, doing maneuvers that would create G-forces we can’t sustain, or that our aircraft would come apart,” he says.
“And some of these have no visible signs of propulsion. Some of them don’t have heat signatures,” he continues.
In this episode, Dr. Phil reveals what he and his team have uncovered.

Stargate Collection: Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process, 9 June 1983
October 16, 20263
Background
The following document was obtained by The Black Vault through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and was part of the “Stargate Collection” release.
It is a 1983 assessment of what LTC Wayne McDonnell thought about what was called the “Gateway Process.” This dealt with hypnosis, holograms, and out-of-body experiences, just to name a few things.
According to his introduction memo, as submitted to the U.S. Army:
“You tasked me to provide an assessment of the Gateway Experience in terms of its mechanics and ultimate practicality. AS I set out to fulfill that tasking it soon became clear that in order to assess the validity and practicality of the process I needed to do enough supporting research and analysis to fully understand how and why the process works. Frankly,’ sir, that proved to be an extremely involved and difficult business. Initially, based on conversations with a physician who took the Gateway training with me, I had recourse to the biomedical models developed by Itzhak Bentov to obtain information concerning the physical aspects of the process. Then I found it necessary to delve into various sources for information concerning quantum mechanics in order to be able to describe the nature and functioning of human consciousness. I had to be able to construct a scientifically valid und reasonably lucid model of how consciousness functions under the influence of the brain hemisphere synchronization technique employed by Gateway. Once this was done, the next step involved recourse to theoretical physics in order to explain the character of the time-space dimension and the means by which expanded human consciousness transcends it in achieving Gateway’s objectives. Finally~ I again found it necessary to Use physics to bring the whole phenomenon of out-of-body states into the language of physical science to remove the stigma of its occult connotations, and put it in a frame of reference suited to objective assessment.”

Missing Page 25
There has been a missing Page 25 for as long as I’ve known the document to exist. In 2021, The Black Vault filed for a new search. The CIA ‘lost’ that request.
When a followed up was sent in December 2023, they told me they still can’t find the page, but I should file to INSCOM in hopes to find it.
In February 2024, The Black Vault filed with INSCOM for the missing page 25. Very quickly, they responded with:
For some extra information, page 25 was received, according to this article, from the The Global Architect Institute, and put online.
Although it likely is the official page, the FOIA hunt above represents a sought after copy of the one that accompanied the original.

Trump Leaves Door Open to UFO Disclosure Announcement: “I’m Looking”
16 October 2026
President Donald Trump has left the door open to a UFO disclosure announcement, responding “I’m looking” when asked whether he would reveal the truth about alleged alien visits to Earth and U.S. efforts to reverse-engineer non-human technology.
Speaking to Newsmax host Rob Finnerty in a White House interview on 15 October, Trump recounted conversations with military pilots who described objects they could not explain.
His remarks come after months of efforts by disclosure advocates to persuade him to make a public statement confirming that a non-human presence is interacting with humanity.
Finnerty put the issue directly to the President:
“No president has ever been willing to step to the microphone and finally disclose the truth. Are aliens real? Have we been visited? Are we reverse engineering their technology? Will you do that?”
Trump replied:
“Well, let me just tell you, it’s very interesting. I wasn’t much of a believer. I have friends that are like, that’s all they can talk about.”
He added:
“I do know we see some pretty strange things.”
Trump then described speaking to approximately five or six Air Force pilots about their encounters, emphasising that he considered them credible witnesses.
“These are solid people. These aren’t conspiracy theorists or anything else.”
According to Trump, the pilots told him they had seen things while flying that they had never encountered before. He described one account involving an object apparently outperforming an American fighter jet:
“In one case he saw a round object, which is not an ideal shape for going fast, that went faster by four times than an F-22.”
Trump said he had asked whether the object could have been a comet or something else, and that the pilot rejected that explanation.
Finnerty then returned to his original question, asking whether Trump would be the president to take the step he had described.
Trump responded:
“I’m looking.”
He continued:
“Again, I’m not high on the list of that particular subject.”

He gave no timetable for a presidential announcement and did not directly answer whether aliens had visited Earth or whether the United States was reverse-engineering their technology.
However, Trump could not rule out providing such a speech.
On 21 July, Liberation Times reported, citing multiple sources, that a presidential speech confirming that some UFOs are of non-human origin was understood to have been prepared.
In August, Liberation Times reported that advocates were seeking to persuade Trump to deliver some form of disclosure speech before the 3 November midterm elections.
That effort included public appeals from former Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch and other whistleblowers.
Businessman and Trump donor Robert Bigelow also said he had advised the President on how to address the nation about a non-human presence.
His comments come amid successive tranches of UAP files being released under PURSUE, the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters.
Overseen by the Department of War with support from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the initiative began publishing records in May 2026 following Trump’s directive to identify and release government material relating to UFOs and UAP.
The release program followed a February exchange involving former President Barack Obama.
As Liberation Times previously reported, Obama sparked international attention when, during an interview with Brian Tyler Cohen released on 14 February, he said of aliens:
“They’re real, but I haven’t seen them.”
He subsequently clarified that he had seen no evidence during his presidency that extraterrestrials had made contact with humanity.
Asked about those remarks by Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy aboard Air Force One on 19 February, Trump accused Obama of revealing classified information, without specifying what information was supposedly classified.
“He gave classified information. He’s not supposed to be doing that.”
Although Trump said he did not know whether aliens were real, he suggested he could resolve his predecessor’s supposed indiscretion through declassification:
“I may get him out of trouble by declassifying.”
Later that day, Trump announced that he would direct the Department of War and other relevant agencies to identify and release government files concerning extraterrestrial life, UAP and UFOs.
The first tranche of records under PURSUE followed on 8 May.

The Four Alien Species, Firefights & The Moon
October 16, 2026
John Michael Chambers hosts Offworld with JMC alongside Dr. Michael Salla, Alex Collier, Captain Guy Van Tresca, and Bob Wayne for an extended broadcast on the disclosure now breaking into mainstream media.
Jesse Watters on Fox News openly declassified the four primary xenobiological entities recovered from UAP crash sites — the Greys, the Nordics, the Insectoids, and the Reptilians.
David Grusch has forensically established that recovered material documents historic violent engagements between extraterrestrial factions. When asked on Joe Rogan whether the Greys and Reptilians were fighting, Grusch confirmed.
The Grays were killed by the Reptilians, human first responders were fired upon, and US special forces engaged the reptilian survivors.
Dr. Salla explains how Grusch single-handedly accelerated the official disclosure process, which was not intended by those who wanted a controlled, slow rollout.
He details the four races, the firefights, and how Grusch attended a meeting where the legacy UFO program discussed whether to eliminate him for going too fast.
Alex Collier shares his own experience of being approached in 1998 by three men in dark suits who read his history and threatened to remove people he knew if he didn't stop talking.
He went silent for years until an Andromeda contact told him the threat was gone. Guy Van Tresca explains that the space weapons being announced are part of a planetary defense system, not a defense against Russia or China.
The wars of gods are the wars of men.
The panel also covers Jay Stratton's new book Out of the Shadows, his confirmation that the US government possesses non-human craft and biologics, and his belief that the president is still being shielded from the truth.
Alex shares that many of the Grays and Nordics are actually cloned beings created in underground labs, programable remnants of a planned fake alien invasion.
Bob Wayne joins to share his documented footage of the moon, portals, and anomalies, and the panel discusses Antarctica, the flat realm question, and the need to kill fear.
