They fail our people for questioning the norms with truth, as they push their indoctrinated through the system, and the hiring process further censors honest people to their cronies. What do you think DEI was all about? Revenge was put into the DEI's mind, so they did the dirty work of the cabal. That is how we got to 8% and why there is no solution until both educational and human resources are totally controlled by non cabal people.

We have not yet begun to address this. Recruiting and job sites are controlled by India and most universities are leftists. Can we do analytics and say how many H1bs are working at any big tech firm or F2000 company vs how many native US citizens applied? Think India will give you an honest answer?
Because the DEIs will keep getting pushed through the system and HR will have no accountability.
