President Trump: Partially as a result of Nick's [Shirley] work since I took office, one hundred and fifteen Minnesota fraudsters have been arrested and charged, and by the way, the governor [Walz] is a hundred percent guilty. He's a hundred percent guilty. He's a fraud. He's a thief. He's a crook. And he's getting away; by just getting out of office, he's getting away, but maybe they; he knew everything that was happening. The attorney general [Ellison], that guy is a total thief. It's a shame that they can just go and retire, because he knew what was happening. I'm sure he's very happy, monetarily. But the governor; he's a crooked guy, because nobody can be that lucky to; I mean, when you look at all of that money, and he knew nothing about it. All of the billions and billions of dollars that everybody was scamming. They all knew. That little congresswoman [Omar]. Lovely little woman she is, she knew. They all knew. They are all scammers and thieves. So bad for our country.

President Trump: The numbers you're talking about [fraud] are in the trillions.

President Trump: You take a look at the UK, they have a mayor in London who's horrible. I mean, he's just absolutely horrible. And so bad what's happened to London, what's happened to Paris ['migrant' invaders]. If they don't stop it; and remove people. I'm not just talking about; you gotta remove people. Get 'em the hell out…When you look at France, and it happened in Italy too. Smaller scale, but it's right there. It's simmering. If you don't get that out; and you're going to have to remove the people. You're gonna have to remove those people that are insurrectionists, you're going to have to get them out of the country. You can't just say, 'oh we won't take anymore'.

President Trump: You can not, in California, basically, stop fraud. You know why? Because they want fraud. Because they're crooked. They're all crooked politicians. One of the most crooked states, anywhere in the world. Not here. California, Minnesota; a lot of 'em. But we're changing that.

Reporter: If there is a problem with Ilhan Omar's age, could she be deported?

President Trump: She could be. She could also go to jail. She could also go to jail. You know, they keep talking about deportation; no, she could go to jail. This is just my opinion, I think she's a sick, a very dishonest person, who hates our country, and she comes from a country that is essentially not even a country. Somalia. It's a real shithouse, okay?
