Social Justice Journalist Melts Down When Obliterated by Ben Ferguson After Being Confronted with Who Is Really Behind the Riots in France(Video) by Margaret Flavin Oct. 20, 2026 1:20 pm

Social justice journalist Lisa Durden did not take well to getting a lesson on the reality of who is really behind the riots in France during an appearance on Katie Pavlich’s show on News Nation.

When confronted by Ben Ferguson’s attempt to set the record straight, Durden’s tantrum, short on facts but heavy on juvenile attacks, began.

Parroting the gaslighting of legacy media,Durden began, “First of all, the protests in France are students. This protest began very, very peaceful until sadly agitators jumped in and began the violence. This happens all the time when we have protests, and these protests happen because people are unhappy.”

Ferguson cut in and injected some reality and common sense into the conversation,“Yeah, you either have to be incredibly incompetent or totally blind to look at the images and think that this is students that are doing this.”

“I posted picture after picture on my social media of the people throwing up signs and smiling as they were burning down these buildings. They’re not students. They look like they’re my age. I’m 45. There are people that are 30. They’re not 17.”

“So you’re either a pathological liar to continue with this narrative that this is students when it’s clearly radical extremists and Muslim Brotherhood-inspired individuals.”

“By the way, you can also just follow the money. You have to either just be a pathological liar, or you look at the data, more than 70% of the groups that are involved in the original protests had nothing to do with student protests or education. They’re the same groups around the world that have also started this type of anarchy.”

“So you either are sitting here on national TV lying to everyone because the data says that you are absolutely wrong. And look at those men on TV. Those are not students. Those are violent criminals who are trying to kill people, who are looting Louis Vuitton stores, Rolex stores, and going after and stealing anything they can because they hate the country.”

“They have no allegiance to that country. They wanna burn that country down. They wanna then remake it into their own country. Not because I say so. It’s what they’re saying online when they’re talking about burning down France.

And France let this happen because they were kumbaya for far too long. And this is what you get when you have no borders.”

Pavlich asked, “Lisa, do you wanna give a quick response?”

An irate Durden, who chose to focus on name-calling rather than actually debating or dismantling any element of Ferguson’s arguments, fumed, “What you’re not gonna do is call me a pathological liar.”

“You don’t know me from a can of Coke. That’s a slick statement. No, I’m talking now. You’re not gonna call me a pathological liar because you don’t know me. So stop that right now. Next, you can’t tell me—”

Ferguson jumped in, “I know you had meetings where you say white people aren’t allowed. I know that.”

Durden fumed, “Excuse you. You’re cutting me off. You are very disrespectful. Next, My point is you are not looking at anybody’s ID to know who’s 45. You look 45 though.”

“They’re not 16, they’re not 17, “Ferguson countered.

And, showing no actual factual arguments, Durden turned to insults, “Get some wrinkle cream. You look wrinkled.”

The Gateway Pundit readers may remember when Durden, an adjunct professor at Essex County College in Newark NJ, at the time, was suspended from her teaching position for her racist comments mocking white people on Fox News.

Durden appeared on Tucker Carlson supporting the segregation of whites and blacks at a Memorial Day ceremony: “What I say to that is boo-hoo-hoo, you white people are angry because you couldn’t use your ‘white privilege’ card to get invited to the Black Lives Matter’s all-black Memorial Day celebration! Wow!”

WATCH: Angry FOX and Friends Hosts Attack Vice President Vance, Call Him “Anti-Israel” Because He Didn’t Endorse Netanyahu?

by Jordan Conradson Oct. 20, 2026 2:40 pm

Fox’s Brian Kilmeade and Lawrence Jones showed their true colors on Fox and Friends Tuesday, slamming Vice President JD Vance as “anti-Israel” because he did not endorse Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for reelection.(they are paid a lot from Israel)

“I’m not anti-endorsing. I’m not pro-endorsing,” Vance said in an interview with Mark Halperin on Monday. “I’m not getting involved in the Israeli elections.”

Vance further said he’s currently focused on the US midterms.

Somehow this adds to Vance’s apparent “anti-Israel” streak, according to Kilmeade.

“He went out of his way to say, even though the President endorsed Bibi Netanyahu, ‘I am not.’ He says, ‘I’m staying out of it,'” Kilmeade went out of his way to say on the air.

“That’s interesting because the wrap on him is he seems to be a little bit anti-Israel.”

Co-host Ashley Earnhardt agreed with Kilmeade, saying, “right,” as Jones continued the anti-Vance pile-on.

“Unforced error,” said Jones. “There’s no reason to say that”

Kilmeade again chimed in, “You know who he did vote for? He went and campaigned for Viktor Orban in Hungary, so you can’t say I don’t worry about other people’s elections, when you go see Viktor Orban in Hungary, who lost.”

“Good point, good point,” Earnhardt agreed, as Jones condemned Vance as “disappointing.”

Notably, Trump just endorsed Netanyahu less than two weeks before the October 27 election after seemingly avoiding weighing in following tensions between Trump and Netanyahu during the Iran war.

Trump has previously shown signs of disagreement with Netanyahu on numerous occasions. In July, Trump told reporters, “Nobody tells me what we should be selling or not,” in response to Netanyahu opposing the sale of F-35s to Turkey. Also in July, Trump told reporters that Netanyahu “knows who the boss is” ahead of a closed-door meeting at the White House.

In June, Trump called Netanyahu out at the G7 Summit in Evian, France, over Israeli attacks in Lebanon, which almost caused his memorandum of understanding with Iran to collapse. “You don’t have to knock down an apartment house every time you’re looking for somebody because there are a lot of people in those apartment houses, and they’re not all Hezbollah, that I can tell you,” Trump said, condemning Netanyahu’s attacks in Beirut, Lebanon. “Bibi has to be more responsible.” Days before this, Trump said he was “so pisse[d] off” over the strikes, saying that Netanyahu “has no f*cking judgment.”

It can also be recalled that Trump lashed out at Netanyahu during a heated phone call earlier in June, with reports suggesting that Trump called him “f*cking crazy” for continuing the war amid US-Iran negotiations, accused Netanyahu of ingratitude, and referenced helping keep him out of jail during his corruption trial.

Supreme Court Takes Up Accusations of Race-Based Middle School Admissions

Maryland parents say admissions rules tied to school poverty levels put Asian-American students at a disadvantage.

Josh Pauzé | 10.20.2026 1:58 PM

Three years after ending affirmative action in higher education, the Supreme Court will hear another case on race-based admissions, this time in middle schools.

On Monday, the Supreme Court agreed to hearAssociation for Education Fairness v. Montgomery County Board of Education. The case, which was originally brought forth in 2020 by the Association for Education Fairness (AFEF), a coalition of Montgomery County, Maryland, parents, alleges that Montgomery County's selection process for magnet programs (gifted programs for STEM and humanities studies in middle schools) violates the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause by discriminating against Asian American students. The county insists that the selection process is race-neutral.

Montgomery County changed its selection process in the 2021–22 school year. According to reporting from The New York Times, the county was facing pressure from community groups, including the NAACP and Citizens Assisting and Sheltering the Abused (CASA Inc.), over the underrepresentation of black and Latino students in its magnet programs. Previously, students were selected based on test scores and grades. The new process implemented a lottery system in which high-achieving students are placed in a selection pool and selected at random.

President Trump on Tuesday put several reporters in their places, as they attempted to shout questions at him during an Oval Office announcement on a new compensation program for fraud tipsters.

by Jordan Conradson Oct. 20, 2026 3:00 pm

Trump announced this afternoon that his administration would reward fraud whistleblowers alongside Vice President JD Vance, chairman of the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, task force Vice Chairman Andrew Ferguson, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Mehmet Oz, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, and independent journalist Nick Shirley.

During the hour-long event, most of the mainstream media sought to discredit the new initiative and talk about anything but the massive fraud across the nation.

But Trump wasn’t having it.

Early on, when one woman began screaming at Trump about Ukraine, Trump snapped, shouting “wait!” and shushing her as she repeatedly screamed over him.

The Independent’s Andrew Feinberg, who asked a nasty question earlier in the briefing, felt Trump’s wrath twice.

First, Trump pointed at Feinberg as he tried to scream a question.“No, no, listen to you. Hey!” Trump shouted, noting that he was pointing to call on someone else. “I don’t know who the hell you are, but you better be careful,”he said before calling on the next reporter.

Then, when Feinberg began yelling another question after Trump pointed at a reporter near him, Trump went off again.

“Quiet, Quiet!” Trump shouted. “What’s wrong with you? Are you a sick person?”

Feinberg sarcastically fired back, “Not that I know of, sir.” Trump responded, “I actually think there’s something wrong with you.”

Feinberg declined to comment on the incident.

Egypt moves toward sending troops to Saudi Arabia to help defend against attacks by Iran-backed Houthis

By Ahmed Shawkat

October 20, 2026 / 12:54 PM EDT / CBS News1/2

Cairo - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has asked the country's Parliament to authorize the military to help defend Saudi Arabia after Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi rebels intensified their attacks on the kingdom, targeting airports and oil infrastructure.

Al-Sisi stressed that it would be a defensive mission and only if the kingdom requests assistance.

"Egypt will take any measures requested by Saudi Arabia to protect and defend it," al-Sisi said Saturday during a military graduation ceremony.

Under Egypt's Constitution, the president must consult the National Defense Council and obtain approval from two-thirds of Parliament before deploying the armed forces on a combat mission abroad.

On Sunday, al-Sisi chaired a meeting of the National Defense Council, which reviewed what the Egyptian presidency described as the "grave escalations unfolding in the region" and the "unacceptable attacks" against Saudi Arabia.

The council pledged to provide "all necessary and possible forms of support to the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to defend its security and stability, and to safeguard its resources, territorial integrity, and Islamic holy sites."

Egypt has managed, so far, to stay out of all the recent military conflicts in the region and has tried to de-escalate and find political solutions. For some, this is one of al-Sisi's greatest achievements.

"Egypt has repeatedly pledged to support the security of the Gulf states and has issued numerous statements reaffirming this commitment," Ragheb said. "However, this is a time of war, not politics and statements. If Egypt fails to deliver on these promises, they will lose their meaning and amount to nothing more than empty threats."

"The Gulf states have invested billions of dollars in Egypt. Morally, it's Egypt's turn to return the favor," he said.

Parliament convened an emergency session on Sunday and was expected to approve the resolution on Tuesday, but the vote was postponed until next Monday.

The Egyptian Social Democratic Party instructed its parliamentary bloc to abstain from voting on the resolution, saying in a statement it had not received sufficient information about "the mission's scope, costs, and risks, as well as the arrangements in place to protect Egyptian forces."

Ragheb is certain the region is heading toward a more severe escalation.

"Egypt is not going to defend the kingdom against the Houthis," he said. "The threat is much bigger than the Houthis. This includes Iran, Iraqi militias and sleeper cells within the kingdom itself."

However, he also believes Egypt will lose much of its influence in the region if it doesn't intervene.

"If you want to be a regional player, you must play a role," he said. "Otherwise, you will lose your seat at the table."

Ragheb argued that the United States' refusal to attack the Houthis in support of Saudi Arabia created a vacuum that must be filled by others. He said Egypt should take on the Arab share of that role.

Other regional powers are also trying to fill the vacuum. In August, Saudi Arabia signed a joint defense agreement with Turkey and Pakistan known as the Mecca Accords.

"Even before Saudi Arabia asked for Egyptian support, the Mecca Accords was a death certificate for the idea of relying on America for any form of defense," Ragheb said.
