Last couple of days, they have been minimizing my bandwidth. It constantly fluctuates from 34kb to 0kb. Can't even load a page properly. Not a coincidence during fraud awards. This is what targeted individuals go through constantly. Always something. Just a note, had a car stop at my mailbox for a short while today, as I cut the lawn. I am sure they will try to intercept as I have had mail at 8:00am that wasn't there the night before, and mail comes at 3:30pm. Would be a good time to sting them if by mail.
