its hard to dig into a lot of this stuff and keep your wits about you because of the intergalactic elephant in the room. thats why some of us KISS and just focus on the et contact stuff. which ultimately comes down to meditation, willingness, and open mindedness. maybe a puja or prayer thrown in here and there.
This is exactly the kind of feedback we receive on et contact expeditions. As crazy as it sounds, people started speaking in light languages during one of our meditations. Didnt happen to me but it was a warming experience to share.
