Goodmorning, happy to help. The method we use during ce-5 is called coherent thought sequencing. The way it works is simple, like using thought to generate a galactic gps.
One anon referred to this as the "zoom in and out method." Here's how its done.
Go outside under the stars, preferably during new moon. Center yourself and enter a meditative state. Conjure a strong, sincere desire to make contact with peaceful ET.
Then use your minds eye to view the milky way. once you have a clear image of that, using your minds eye, zoom into the sun on the southwest quadrant of the milky way. hold this image for a few moments then zoom into the earth with her moon…. then zoom to the continent your own….. all the way down to your precise location, all the way back out, and back in as many times as it takes.
It is also free to find a local ce-5 group near you on the etcontactnetwork.com website. Additionally, people can pay $7 to download the ET contact app from apple or google. This was how I first made contact as a complete newfag.
