lawfags around this morning, i have a question.
i'm going to try to figure this out on my own, but i have a theory about some of the lawsuits surrounding trump.
How exactly does attorney-client privilege work?
How far do the privileges extend?
How could one legally break the privilege?
Do clients have more rights to claim this privilege?
for instance, if i was a client, but my lawyer was dirty and i knew it, could i launch a phony lawsuit for the sole purpose of exposing every document in my lawyer's office for discovery, including files on his other clients?
i've noticed that in multiple trump lawsuits, there are odd client overlaps.
