On that blue satin bench, at the tip of the cutters, is a slip of paper with a sheriff's emblematic star on it. But, I don't what this pic is about, anyway.
The Sutro Baths was a large, privately owned public saltwater swimming pool complex in the Lands End area of the Outer Richmond District in western San Francisco, California.[1][2]
Built in 1896, it is located near the Cliff House, Seal Rocks, and Sutro Heights Park.[1] The facility burned down in June 1966 and is now in ruins. The site is within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and the Sutro Historic District.[3]
I THINK THE PEOPLE POSTING ABOUT SUTRO BATHS ARE FULL OF SHIT. THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE OLDER THAN DIRT FOR WHAT THEY ARE SAYING TO BE TRUE. IT CLOSED DOWN IN 1966.
