Look what I found under my desk, a bunch of Dem votes!
Key congressional election gets even TIGHTER as Ohio officials find 588 uncounted votes that help Democrat shrink an already tiny gap
Republican Troy Balderson led Democrat Danny O'Conner by a sliver following Tuesday's Ohio special election for a vacant seat in Congress
Now that gap is shrinking after officials found 588 uncounted votes
The revised margin, just 1,564 votes, is closer to the 1,015 that would be needed for an automatic recount
There are still nearly 8,500 outstanding absentee and provisional ballots
Ohio law says officials can't open them until the 11th day after an election – giving absentees ample time to arrive in the mail
Provisional ballots are often given to people who show up to vote after requesting absentee ballots; those can't be examined for 10 days either
