Yes but this is not related to why Q has not told us anything about space.
The ET disclosure I think still needs to be handled in a responsible (slow) way on a global scale in order to minimize chaos. At this point there are just too many other issues at hand (such as ridding of the deep state) that issues related to further our understanding of the universe is put off for a bit at the moment.
