I checked the NTSB website to see how many fatal plane crashes have occurred - just in the U.S.- from November 2016 to today. And if I'm reading this correctly, there have been 235 fatal plane crashes. The number of fatal crashes doesn't reflect the total # of fatalities b/c obviously some planes had more than one person aboard. Haven't found total fatality # yet.
What's the average # of plane fatalities per year in U.S,? Is this normal or no? Just started digging on this.
Please double check me on this.
