There are 2 Licenses regarding No names campaign manager.
The cancelled "Stephen E Schmidt" (N3QEM) and "Steven E Schmidt" (KB0UBA)
I'm finding Steven E. Schmidt (Proper Spelling) in MN linked to no name.
Thoughts?
