there's a civil case on the same charges in 2014 or 2015, and we have those docs.

but in theory, it sounds like there was a prior CRIMINAL case too, and it was also scuttled.

i have to wonder if it's sealed, and someone just needs to FOIA it somehow.

that has no real bearing on the current criminal case. Q suggested that there was a previous criminal complaint, i thought…but maybe i misunderstood.
