Chicago is the same Chicago as always. The city puts the minorities in their own neighborhood(s) and this is the result. Mainly Black/Hispanic areas you see in the news every time this happens. The city is very segregated. Politicians, whites and the vaction spots remain safe, so generally nothing ever got done about this. Now it's getting a bit worse than normal, but this has happened in the past.
Again, normal for this city. Not right, not OK, not good. But normal. What's the agenda here?
Public schooling exists to gain control. They've lowered the testing grades to pass, the attendance needed to pass, the amount of homework to learn, etc.
