I have found a way to go through the entire FCC database for Ham Licenses and also search the Federal Employee Database.

I am currently working on the District of Columbia.

This is the Deep State using Ham Radio.

These are not Enthusiasts.

These are Department of State employees.

These are Offices of Boards and Divisions employees

These are Department of Homeland Security employees

These are Departmental Offices employees

These are Securities and Exchange employees.

I can't codefag but maybe you can:

https://www.federalpay.org/employees

https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchAmateur.jsp

Search criteria ALL District of Columbia for FCC then I been tediously entering names into Federal pay.

Thank you for noting the tediousness.

I think if we could map the linked addresses to the licenses we may be able to find the NETWORK..

We must do Virginia and Maryland as well.

I normally would not dig so hard and so deep but something

REALLY REALLY FEELS FUCKERY.
