BREAKING NEWS:
Both the Lincoln County Justice Center and the Old Courthouse, along with parts of Main Street in downtown Troy, MO, are currently closed due to an alleged bomb threat. Police and first responders are on both scenes, and trained K9 officers are also being brought in.
