Was just on Second Mesa last week. I visited there 15 years ago, and hiked around Second Mesa. The "petroglyphs" that I saw there (and the Hopis do not let very many people in those areas) were shaped like circuits on a computer board. Very strange markings indeed!
Very seriously, the images on the stones towards the back of the Mesa (the part of the Mesa that isn't accessible by roads…you have to hike in) is literally covered with markings that I can only describe as a circuit board. This image reminds me the closest of what I saw.
