If lots of people are following, retweeting, etc, then your tweets are having an impact. If it drops really low suddenly, then you are shadowbanned. When it goes back up, you are unblocked.
To avoid shadowbanning, write mostly new original tweets, not copies of someone else. And use uncommon terminology. Don't hashtag too many terms, and use no more than two constructed hashtags like #GreatAwakening, #MAGA, #QAnon. Just hashing a word in your tweet can work as well or better than adding a constructed hashtag.
Also, never try to be a superhero. You are only a cog in the machine. Do not overdo the tweeting because that is what bots do. Your job is to be a good cog, not a superhero. Superheroes get shadowbanned and have accounts deleted. Cogs just plug away every day and nobody really notices them. But a MILLION cogs have a mega impact. So, recruit more cogs, but avoid superstars. Delete superstars from your follow list.
