Look at the reach of people like Dave Rubin, Jordan Peterson, Bret and Eric Weinstein, Sam Harris, Ben Shapiro, Joe Rogan, etc. Ignoring for a moment the difference in ideas each individual holds; their platforms alllow for honest disccusion without the 6 minute rhetoric time constraints for talking points on news outlets. Engaging in deeper thought processes instead of swallowing spoonfed jargon to trigger emotional responses seems to be the direction we should move towards.
