It's sickening to me. And sicken to me when the EO was signed in Dec. of 2016 that no one cared then. And look what damage it has done.

What makes a smaller burst like that?
When I use to watch the ISS live feed all the time on my phone, back in 2016 I watched what appeared to be a dark reddish burst. It didn't have the bright light in the middle. To thins day I have yet to find an answer. This was before the phone app had a video feature. so I just have a series of shots of it. If they save the videos from 2 years ago on the website(I know they list out the last dozen or so for that day) it might still be visible…
If it could be something I might try looking for it again. I still have the pictures somewhere saved
