Richardson Amendment dig

Is there any documentation that a journalist has worked for the IC in accordance with this amendment?

A president would have had to sign off on it.

The Richardson amendment requires that the President decide any waiver on the intelligence use of an American journalist.

terests of the United States. The certification shall be made to the

Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representives and the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate.
