l think Prosebiec believes that he is a little more intelligent that they rest of us and he thinks by going through this dialogue he is going to get Q to contact him…giving him the exclusive rights to report on the revolutions. Ego is what ruins most pretty smart people, they start to think they are special and can do what others cannot and forget they just like everyone else. He trying to get a response from Q, like Q will get angry and try to prove himself.
