This allegation was based on seized books, court-authorized surveillance and the man who says Robertson trained him, Jonathan Jimenez. Jimenez pleaded guilty in 2012 of lying to FBI agents and falsifying income-tax documents, records show. He is serving a 10-year prison sentence. Jimenez, who moved to Central Florida with a ninth-grade education, listed three of Robertson's children as exemptions on tax documents, court records show. According to prosecutors, the money was to pay for Jimenez's overseas travel to learn about killing, suicide bombing and identifying military personnel."
