It was a privately owned international company. Then the president and owner was killed in a plane crash. He owed Goldman Sachs a bunch of money that he had borrowed for expansion. Those rat bastards called the loan upon his death.His widow was forced to sell a huge part of the company in order not to lose it all.. That is when the investors came in and fucked up it . all up.
