Hounds = JSOC (special ops). We see them fly to/from Florida and I presume their base is there. These are the planes that change to callsign MAGMAxx when they fly to central and south America.
Not sure if it's an OP or night time training in the near vicinity of the Army and Navy bases. I don't like jumping to conclusions when I see something in an area where similar flights are often seen. I'm not as hairtrigger to call something an op as KAF Recon squad leader is.
Further watching is justified; but assuming we know what's going on isn't.
