not sure KM is Karen Mills; she was Hussein's head of Small Business Administration but left in 2013. She wasn't around for the 2016 campaign conspiracy. She did get involved with a company that works on immigration issues, so who knows. I don't have any other suggestions for KM, though.
In the DOJ section, I think the JC is John Carlin, not James Comey; Comey was FBI, not DOJ. Carlin was Asst Attorney General
In the No Name/ Media section, maybe that JC is Comey? It was Comey who originally told Trump about the Steele dossier after an intelligence briefing at Trump Tower on 1/6/2017, before the inauguration . It was the leaks about this meeting that gave the go-ahead to the media to make the dossier public, which Buzzfeed did on 1/10. Clapper was at that meeting too, so again who knows.
In the part that mentions the UK/MI6/SIS, that JC might be Clapper. As DNI he would have been more likely to be in touch with the British than Comey.
