True. Could be spoofed, could be anything. Just taking it at face value, especially since they're traveling too fast (could be spoofed, I think, sounds like a pain in the ass though) to be helicopters. Haven't been convinced that they're anything but what their transponders tell us.

Nope. I also haven't noticed. And after it was reported than 48 juveniles went missing in July in Iowa, Iowa tried to say "Well kids go missing from CPS custody all of the time so these numbers probably aren't accurate because the kids don't get reported when they've returned" or some bullshit. Never providing shit about who's in CPA custody and disappearing.

Yep lots of states allow inmates to choose the method of execution. Utah still allows some inmates to choose firing squad. Virginia, South Carolina, and Arkansas all allow choosing electric chair or LI. Maybe TN changed their law recently but it used to be law that anyone convicted before 1999 could choose.
