I work with the daily Qclockfag. We use the 5(:25) as the hour marker.
ie: if the Q post falls on the 30min, we look at the 30min date and the 20min (which would be the mirror if counting the 5 as the 12 :00). I tested this theory the other day with the SKY event posts (just looking at NK and stories that involved SK - because my theory is that SKY is South Korea Y event - Y being the servers). It worked perfectly and when putting the news stories in order, you could see the back and forth battle of what the deep state was doing from a 40k ft view.
